I can’t respond unambiguously to this screenshot. This looks quite contradictory. It depends on the perception, though.

Half the trouble is that hardly anyone can program well these days coupled with the 'work-in-progress: we'll fix it later' mentality.

Who would wish to work as a developer these days? :D
