Where to buy Xbox Japan Gift Cards?

Been a while since I last bought Japanese Xbox Credit, and Play-Asia are all out of stock. Does anyone know of anywhere else that is trustworthy and do instant delivery via email?

It's not accepting my debit card. Keeps coming up as "Payment Failed". I checked and I have more than sufficient funds.
