Batch converting with UltraISO?

How do I convert multiple bin/cue files to ISOs? The bin/cues are 3DO games that use their on folder i.e. the folder for Gex has it's own Gex bin/cue, the folder for Samurai Showdown uses it's own bin/cue. The problem is there are a ton of folders to convert. I'm trying to batch convert them all in one shot. How do I do that?
