Hey guys, here's the deal, I'm after a reasonably priced 13-20" PVM or BVM for a small man cave type thing but I live in England so would need something that will work with the British electrical system standard and I was just wondering what to look for as I'll be purchasing my first professional monitor soon. A lot of the stuff online seems to be for NTSC area electrical standards.
Oh, one more thing, I don't suppose anybody has a working copy of Soft15khz? ArcadeForge downloads page for it has been down to my knowledge since Christmas time and I'm not sure if it's meant to run off a standalone .exe or if it is meant to have install files as all I have is a single .exe winrar I got from emuMovies and I get a buffer overrun error if I try to run that.
