Get some more cards and they'll be able to form a Magic deck.

This is the worst match I've seen this World Cup. Good christ, what in the hell. Colombia's needlessly rough, England [and Colombia] is diving, the ref has no idea what he's doing and is carding shit that wasn't a foul and ignoring shit that should be called. Wondering if he's getting paid off by the English.
Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

Fucking hell, we don't have a 50/50 chance in this shootout, more like 25%

It was kind of awful to watch. Colombia actually played ok when they weren't fucking about. That headbutt should've been a penalty. Glad England made it through, played better overall and they won a penalty shootout at last.

Catching up, glad I didn't bother watching England v Colombia. Tiresome.

Good riddance @ Colombia, what a bunch of referee-menacing cunts (as opposed Brazil's bunch of play-acting pussies).

*flush*

Not the worst result, they're gone and the English national panto continues.

Columbia's Falco apparently thinks the ref was biased... mind blowing.

So I'm in Rome for a wedding... That takes place at 5pm on Saturday. The question is, how do I get out of going so I can watch the England game. One thing is for sure, I'm not missing it.

Conversely, that was a hell of a French save late in the last few minutes of the first half. Looking pretty good this game.

DRACULA MAN START EATING MOTHERFUCKERS ALREADY

Oh fuck off Neymar (65mins).

Belgium looking like they'll win this whole thing.

edit: sorry. They were lucky not to concede those first two @ 74mins.

Belgium is playing a marvelous world cup. I'm certainly rooting for them to win the whole thing. Either them or Russia.

Well, Brasil just scored... We'll see.

What a match. Belgian goalie needed all 6ft7 of him to stop that one.

edit: and it's over. Bravo to both teams, even with a bit of Neymar's foolishness. Belgium were on a knife edge the whole last fifteen minutes.

Hell yeah, great match. If Brasil had scored, Belgium would have no chance on extra time.
Only European teams left now. And the British folks still can't complain.

Belgium cannot be fucking stopped. First half Belgium laid the smack dab on Brazil's ass, second half they were constantly repelling the angry Huezilian onslaught, rather successfully I might add. Seeing Belgium protect their lead was nerve-wracking.

Haha yeah. It's interesting that the usual best european teams are already out, or downright didn't qualify, though. England not-withstanding, though the Brtish here love to diss it. :)
A pretty novel world cup in that regard, this one.

I would call France pretty close to a traditional power. But yeah, Belgium and we will have one of Russia/Croatia in the semis too. And I mean Belgium is an extremely high quality side, but it's nice to see them actually get results.

Oh yeah, absolutely, France most definitely is. Totally glossed over them.
There are atill 2 of the traditional powers left (England and France) so the cup isn't really devoid of all classic teams, but still, there are some surprising teams still around.
Out of those other teams Belgium does seem to be the stronger one. Really great cup they've been playing.

If England ends up losing I can scarcely imagine the headlines re: Raheem Sterling. Nevermind that Kane is barely even playing in this game.

Unlike Brasil-Belgium yesterday, I don't see England losing today.
