Well, that movie was pretty terrible. Still, crashing a plane into a building just to avoid the movie seems a bit drastic.
Actually flight 93 was the one that the terrorists crashed into the ground after the passengers fought back.

Actually flight 93 was the one that the terrorists crashed into the ground after the passengers fought back.
Does that mean the terrorists liked the movie and the passengers fought back to make them stop playing it?

There are four species of echidna, so one could say that there are 5 mammals that lay eggs.

The sample "The biggest unanswered question is: Where is the money?'' used in the Amiga game Blood Money is from a 1987 American news report about the Iran-Contra affair. The sample was also used on the Earth, Wind and Fire album ''System of Survival'' from the same year.

How's that for a useless fact? ;)

"Vector", the menacing car in the cover of Information Society's 1990 album, Hack, is a heavily customized 1973 Plymouth Satellite Sebring. It belonged to singer Kurt Harland until he gave it to a friend at the 1997 Burning Man festival.

The hell is it. Perhaps it's by Laibach but that's the wrong song.

Some of the screams from Golden Axe and Revenge of Death Adder were ripped straight out of the movies First Blood and Conan the Barbarian. Also, the soundtrack to Golden Axe has been scientifically proven beautiful.

The band Dimmu Borgir covered the opening piano theme of the amiga game 'Agony' and did a fairly decent job of it too. Unfortunatley they didn't credit the original composer and where forced to remove it from their album 'The Chamber of Sorrow'. The track was titled 'Sorgens Kammer'. This was the fault of ex-keyboardist Stian Aarstad, who was eventually fired for being a jerk or something. Also, Danni is embarrisingly fat.

The arcade game 'Guerilla War' by SNK is actually known as 'Guevara' in Japan and is about Che Guevara and Fidel Castro fighting off the Batista regime. They chopped all this out for the USA release because we are percieved as being full of hate towards any country that doesn't operate the same way we do and SNK didn't want any whiners getting offended. They were probably right to do this, because someone probably would have thrown a hissy fit.

The U.S. had to go through 3 different revisions of The Revenge of Shinobi because of copyright infringment. The first version of the game had Batman, Spider-Man, and Godzilla as bosses. In the second version Batman was changed into just a bat-like enemy but everything else was the same. In the third version Godzilla had to be changed into a dinosaur's skeleton but Sega was able to keep Spider-Man by crediting Marvel on the title screen. And in other news my tiny little nipples went to France.

Hua Fei Man Cheng Chun was a film made in Hong Kong in 1975. It's is a comedic and sexual film that features Jackie Chan gettin' down and gettin' down right. There was almost a large scandal because people assumed it was full fledged pornography when Jackie was confronted about it.

I did a google search for "Vodkatron". On the Absolut Vodka drinks list there is actually a drink called "Vodkatron"!
http://absolutdrinks.com/drink_recipe_v ... _7403.html

I dreamt up the name for my sound team around late 2000. I wonder if the girl with the myspace handle with the same name had anything to do with naming the drink?

It sounds refreshing!

VODKATRON Drink Recipe:

4 parts Level Vodka
2 parts Orange Juice
2 parts Apple Juice, Fresh Pressed
1 part Carrot Juice
1 part Grenadine
Straw
Orange Quarter
Cocktail Umbrella
Apple Slice
Sugar, Granulated

Build over ice cubes in a highball glass.
