According to the Bible, the hebrews were slaves in Egypt for centuries.

But according to Christian Jacq, renowned french egyptologist, this is not possible, since all evidence points that slavery did not exist in ancient Egypt; they were - ironically, unlike the hebrews - too civilized to ever regard a person as property.

Another revealing clue, as Robert G. Ingersoll pointed, is that there are no common words in the hebrew and egyptian languages, so those people could not have lived together for so long.

Those aren't really facts, merely opinions. For example, I could give you a dozen "facts" on the location of Atlantis and possible power sources for their technology by "renowned" researchers but are those really "facts?"

edited it for great justice (i.e. an espresso is usually at around 70 cents, ranging from 60 of simple espresso to 80 of espresso with some extras like an extra biscuit or chocolate). Espresso is just one of them, though: there's also Cappuccino and croissant (the standard breakfast, 2 euros), an ice-cream (3 choices, 2 euros as well), pizza (margherita, the big round ones when you go at pizza places) and beer (7.50), Full dinner (30 with a decent wine), and fish banquet (50 without wine).Surely there are more, but i need to check
Chomsky, Buckminster Fuller, Yunus and Glass would have played Battle Garegga, for sure.

Corey Feldman and Corey Haim starred a movie named Last Resort. It is completely unrelated to SNK's Last Resort for the Neo Geo.

The 5A22, SNES's CPU, is actually a customized version of the WDC 65C816 - the same CPU of the Apple IIGS. Due to this similarity, the IIGS was used as an early SNES devkit.

Do not insulate your home with dead hamsters, even if you know a good place to get lots of hamsters at rock bottom prices. It can only lead to your property being condemned by the health department.

Oh good, if that's the only thing it can lead to, then at least I'm safe from that mutant undead zombie hamster invasion I was worried about. Thanks for the info.

The rarest videogame ever (actually released, not a beta/prototype) is possibly Nintendo World Championship 1990 for the NES. It was a collection of Super Mario Bros, Rad Racer II, and Tetris, in modified versions, done for a Nintendo-sponsored tournament.

116 cartridges were manufactured: 30 in golden plastic, given to the winners; and the others in regular gray, given to the remaining contestants.

Reportedly, a golden cartridge was sold for U$ 6500.

My hometown has a Lunar Lane and a Saturn Drive for street names.

I also heard on that G4 channel that Nintendo offered Atari royalities for each NES system sold in the US but Atari refused... (which sent them to their grave).

No, in 84 the deal was that Atari would be Nintendo's distributor in the USA. But a licensing fuckup related to Donkey Kong and Coleco ruined the deal. So in 85 they released the NES by themselves.

That was actually in June of '83, iirc. Atari CEO Ray Kassar saw a copy of Donkey Kong running on a Coleco Adam prototype at the Summer Consumer Electronics Show and got a fit of rage because at the time Atari had an exclusive license for all computer versions of Donkey Kong. Even though Nintendo quickly tried to fix the problem, Kassar broke off all talks about distributing the NES. Unrelated to this, Kassar was forced to resign from Atari only one month later (due to alledged insider trading; he was later cleared by the SEC).

The characters in Virtua Fighter 3tb for the Dreamcast are done with fewer polygons than in the arcade version, even though the console is far more powerful than the Sega Model 3 Step 1.0 board.

The last arcade that Amsterdam had closed down about 8 years ago.
This is because you need the same permit to have arcade machines as you need for gambling machines. Therefore our City ('s policy) now has only lots of gambling machines and alot of more gambling addicts with huge depts. A job well done, bravo.
Thus I think Amsterdam is boring. Just for smoking it is good 8)
I now live in Almere, they have a pretty decent arcade with only dedicated machines, gun and racing!
Fuck it! I'm about to organize another Bomberman 10-player wrestlefest on my 50". The last time it was a huge succes.
When we were playing, sometimes some kind of huge bird creature just came out of nowhere and started hastling everybody. We were like WTF  shocked. This game holds lots of cool surprises.
It is recommended to get 2 multitaps and another 8 controllers :)

useless annoying untrue fact:
In a couple of years we'll be able to buy a watch and download the entire internet on it.
resist replying: "no, it's not possible"

I heard my dad say this once don't know were he got that concept he might of ment biomass. But then again ant colinies can be miles long and their was an ant colony that spans the entire country of africa. I guess I'll haft to read further. Considering they are basically under everything and can be found everywhere it might be possible.
