Today was a once in a lifetime Holy Grail find !
I passed by a garage sale sunday afternoon north of Toronto.
I asked if the guy had any records. He said he had 2 acetate Rush records and 1 Max Webster because he used to work at the recording studio in the late 1970s.
Needless to say I ended up buying these for a good price.
I then turned around and traded them both to someone who is a Rush collector for 2 sealed Tragically Hip - Day for Night lp's which are super rare as well !
I believe the trade was fair got both of us, but who knows what the future will bring as far as value on the acetate !
Here's some pics of the acetate records and my copy of the Tragically Hip LP.

Hello Rob79,

Would you still happen to have the ShopRite catalogues? If so, would you be willing to take some scans of specific pages for me? I'll pay you a fee for the scans and your time.

Thank you.

That would be wonderful - thank you so much. I am interested in any Shoprite catalogue pages that have any Star Wars items on them. If you could send me some high res scans to canadianstarwarsgallery@gmail.com I would really appreciate it. Please let me know what you would like for your time and effort. Thanks again!

Used Psych and Jazz Records in the 80s and 90s would sell for a quarter or less.. and most were trashed.
Now some of them are worth thousands because they are now rare.

thanks
Find me in 10 years and if it's worth more than 10 bucks I'll buy it and stick it down my throat to show how wrong I was.
Oh man, thanks for the resurrection. Forgot all about this.

We're approaching the ten year mark. Dance Massive '95 still sells for 3ish dollars. There's still a chance!!!

Nobody thought to corner the market on these yet?! That's a real missed opportunity!

Just think, someday somebody might set a viral pokemon porn animation to it and then you'd be swimming in cash.
