Actor and voice actor Earl Boen, who among many other things starred in the first three Terminator movies and also did voice acting for several video games, including being the voice of LeChuck in every Monkey Island except last year's Return to Monkey Island, has passed away at 81 years of age.
My 1CCs so I can find the list easier myself
<Despatche> you've been a thorn in the shmups community since the beginning, you're largely responsible for the horrible face of modern speedrunning

Quality actor. Only knew him from T1+T2, but he really made both films opposite Michael Biehn and Linda Hamilton.

Jeff Beck, guitar legend, passed away today.

One of the pioneers of the mid to late 1960's heavy blues rock that we all love so much.

Holy shit... isn't her mom still alive? She didn't live much longer than her dad.

My favorite Yukihiro Takahashi was always Neuromantic. I blasted it for two days straight. Sad he's gone, and sad that I never got to see him or YMO live.

Tom Verlaine from Television

Was never a huge fan tbh, but I lived around the block from him for years, and I used to go to his bar in the LES for their amazing happy hour deals on Friday. Cheers!

Did not know the original Wednesday from The Addams Family died late last month, or Cindy Williams as well. Now Laverne and Shirley have both passed on.

That's so sad. I have a lot of fond memories of watching L&S as a kid. I liked it much better than Happy Days because of the chemistry between them, and the setting. Most sitcoms were about successful family units, or people who had "landed," but L&S was about two working class friends scraping by and supporting each other.

She was Renee Walker, one of Jack Bauer's girlfriends.

Raquel Welch, a true beauty, pretty well known sex symbol actress of the 1960's and 70's. She was truly quite the stunningly beautiful woiman.

Always the same when one of these iconic beauties passes on - "What am I saying at this poor woman's funeral?"

Very early spank memories to One Million Years B.C., and watching her Fathom was one of the last movies I (started) to watch during a dark time where I quit watching movie entirely, so she holds some key and nostalgic moments in my heart.

Leiji Matsumoto, the legend and mastermind behind such works like Galaxy Express 999, Space Battleship Yamato, Captain Harlock, and Gun Frontier, also passed away a week ago at age 85. Having done a lot of space opera anime, he was essentially the George Lucas or Gene Roddenberry of anime.
