Once Upon a Time in Holywood (2019)
God, what a mess of a story. Everything just goes all over the place, showing that one actress (and her disgusting feet, fuck you Quentin), and how pretty she is, and hey look some has-been just threw Bruce Lee into a fucking car, wow!
That aside, I loved how they went ahead to portray the late 60's settings, down to the movies and TV shows. Shame Quentin also skipped what would my best personal part, filming with Corbucci. Oh well.
The Irishman (2019)
Scorsese did a fantastic movie with an unnecessary long length. Frankly, since this was going on Netflix, a three parter mini-series would have worked splendidly, with few creativity cuts. Thankfully, nothing really got bogged down my the long length, besides my ass.
The CG used to make our three badass motherfuckers younger and older is still a bit weird to see, but not more unsettling than using it to "revive" actors that have passed away already, one of them for YEARS now, like Peter Cushing in Star Wars.
Planes Trains and Automobiles (1987)
A funny late 80's comedy with Steve Martin and John Candy, who are trying to reach home by Thanksgiving through multiple transportations.
