I'd go for the garage kits if I could actually build them properly. Unless they get picked up by someone, I'll probably never get one.

This is pretty neat. I kinda regret buying the strategy guide though, since it has a really poor spine (which you can see in the picture). I found someone selling the limited edition on Yahoo Japan minus the game, and thought it'd look good with the Asian English version. Now I need a PS3.

Anyway, just bought a Phillips PM3055 oscilloscope on ebay. Should be fun.
Sorry to bump an old post, but could yuo tell me what you did whith that scope? I really want to get a scope to use as a 'display' for my sound system if you get me, just something to mess around with. Can't seem to get much info on such stuff on google, do you know anything about it?

I have had this system for a few months, but two weeks ago I sent it out for some service, and this is what it came back with (actually only the CPU was upgraded):

It is AWESOME. Super power-up in a handheld form factor.

It warms my scandinavian heart to see people building Lego :)

I found this in my garbage station today:

Image

As it was standing there already in TATE position I took it as a sign from above. Dunno if it works though, since it was sub-zero temperature outside I'll give it a day to warm up inside my apartment before I try it out. If it do work and if it has RGB output and candle 60hz I'll consider myself a happy man. If it doesnt... Well, the garbage station is close by.

That Garand-alike is going to warp into a blade and cut people through milk cartons, mark my word.

Me, I gots OCZ Throttle 32 GB, it's a flash drive with e-SATA. Also a Razer mouse which kicks my PC out of standby even when I throttle the sensitivity, probably should turn it over or something.

New PC, which I built mostly one-handed, still isn't usable and I think it's just the graphics card - HD 4870 x2 (on an ASUS P5T). Some fan in the system is turning very loudly, but I can't see the POST to check which.

They're real rifles. I never got into the whole paintball/airsoft thing. From what I've seen, you can buy a decent REAL firearm for the price of a good paintball/airsoft gun (unless you're in a restricted state I guess). Nerf guns always satiated my need to shoot people.

Diebythesword are you a drug lord or do you just really like guns?

next time im in the US im hitting the range. Ive only ever fired a shitty shotgun when i was like 17. I really want to shoot something more modern though and i just adore pistols. Used to have all the air guns when i was in Hong Kong

You've seen Terminator 2, right?

I just noticed the poster's username - Diesbythesword - which maybe helps out the joke a little, I guess...

Got these in the mail yesterday... IKEA Lack Table, and Audio-Technica LP2DUSB... Converting analog to digital for fun, and profit! Added bonus, it's now super convenient for me to listen to vinyl in my office.

23" LCD, on a pivoting stand so I can tate it, for $175 shipped :D. It's quite a step up from the 12" display on my laptop.

No pic because all the cameras in the house are broken.
