Serendipitously ran across this thread and couldn't resist.
The first thread I remember posting on was "Questions that do not deserve a thread," (in hardware) and I thought it a pretty brilliant thread to have. Not so much that it was there, but that people actually seem to be using it, and for a long time now.
So question is, what happened to Zeron?

I still lurk around from time to time. At the ripe age of 48 I'm not even sure I fit in anymore.
The forum moved away from what I eventually got interested in, which was what I missed in the 90s. I collect, play a few games for nostalgias sake etc.
I always wanted to be part of something a bit special here but this became my past, not my present.
In 2018 I went to Japan and did one of my best vacations ever but missed the frenzy time of arcade games and cheap games on the shelves.
I do have a game room with a flat screen and CRT. If I ever need that fix, its there. Thats great.
Nice to see the usual faces here, I always stop to see what their ranting on about but most of the time its some random movie, upscaling technology trying to rinse every drop out of RGB or still trying to buy up everything CAVE.
