the only difference is the lack of increasing autofire control and the that there are no extend items to pick up, (you get the extend immediately) right??
so i can still unlock all the garegga charas and stuff?
btw im still waiting on my neogeo stick to arrive so dont expect any scores too soon
Yes, the game plays almost exactly as JPN-B with the exception that you cannot change autofire, and Extends are gained automatically. Garegga and Mahou ships can be unlocked via code or dipswitch. I have JPN-A, I need to find someone who can romswap to JPN-B (as JPN-A lacks the C button that is essential to using the Garegga ships effectively).

Hope to see you in the high score thread. I'm playing Mahou Daisakusen at the moment, might return to Batrider eventually. ^_-

NARC !
Excellent! My friend Android/Bishop used to 1CC NARC in the arcade. He found a way to keep racking up extra lives on the car bit. Its a long time ago, so my memory is a bit hazy - he would get in the car, do a run with it and crash it at a certain point, then go back. Something like that.

With this method he'd build up tons of lives and then go through to Mr Big and the 1CC.

Good game, ahead of its time.

For RFK,

Perhaps your Out Run cab's steering wheel needs to be properly calibrated to work 100%... ^_~

Yes, dedicated original Sega Out Run and Turbo Out Run upright cabinets were shown at the California Extreme 2006 show this past July 2006 -- brings back awesome memories of playing those particular famed Sega "oldies but goodies" arcade racing classics..... ^_~

Picked up a Vasara PCB recently - very odd two layer board.. Really enjoy the gameplay mechanic to this and the sequel.

Did you get these while you were in Sapporo? Which store? And how much was the Type-X mobo?

Jesus, where did you find the DDPDOJBL and Garegga kits? And are you a millionaire? I assume if you're buying all these you'll come back with a Mushi Futari ver 1.5 kit as well, right?

My math is always bad! I really enjoy Dogyuun, but I have found myself addicted to Truxton II. It just seems so perfectly paced.

I should add, I also found a Kung Fu Master cabinet for $200 in flawless condition. I forgot how great that game was.
