Nice. I remember buying Zoids at KMart in the 80s. There are still a bunch of those little black rubber things that cover the posts all mixed into my childhood Lego collection.caincan wrote: Master of the puppets, the Zoids Deathsaurer, this Sabre tiger (the 4th variant vintage i got)
I already ordered one which should be delivered... todayMJR wrote:My client paid so I plunged and got myself the long-coveted hori arcade joystick for my Switch & PC. Now I no longer have to carry the X-arcade tank stick from my bedroom to the living room when I want to have a 10 minute game break. As much as I enjoy Deathsmiles, some of the characters' designs make me a little hesitant about having it on display.KennyMan666 wrote:Deathsmiles!
There was a lot of stuff in this edition so I'm just gonna link some of them

I just bought their TUF Gaming motherboard brand (B550M-PLUS) on a friend's recommendation; hopefully I have better luck as I'll never buy a Gigabyte MB again after I bricked it just by testing SecureBoot/CSM in the BIOS for Win11 compatibility (lost video signal, almost lost my Win7 partition/drive, it was a mess!). It led to a full system upgrade for about $600 (new CPU Ryzen 7 5800X, extra 16GB DDR4=>32GB RAM total, +extra 1TB SSD, etc.). The previous Gigabyte 450 was bought in 2019, didn't last long...KennyMan666 wrote:
Not gonna pretend this felt reasonably priced, but it was retail price at least. Upgraded my mobo, CPU, and RAM back in January, so this was kinda the only thing remaining and my tax refund dropped in this month, and I was planning on using that on a new GPU. So I did!

These are the 3rd and 4th books I've bought from Bitmap Books, and been happy with all. It is no exaggeration to say it was the absolute best packaged item I have ever had delivered.
