The copies at EB/Gamestop don't come with the OST, Penny Arcade comic, and other art crap. They both cost $39.99.

The copy I reserved at GS came with that stuff, and I see the cardboard boxes out on the shelves there from time to time. If they're trying to hock the game by itself for full price they're ripping people off - IIRC NIS said that every copy of the game would include the OST and comic.

That's what they're trying to do. The Gamestop here in KC is including nothing with the game. I was thinking about picking it up, but ultimately held off.

That bites...are there any other GS's or such stores within reasonable distance? All of them around here are offering the "whole enchilada"...wonder how far the "trend" you mentioned reaches out where you are.

There are a few nearby, but I don't buy new games from them anyway. If they had a used copy I could try for a week before returning it I would.

I just dusted this game off, and worked my way to the end.

God dammit, what the fuck is up with Sir Sweet's second form?!

I mean, memorization I can handle, but if you are physically incapable of mashing buttons at an inhuman speed, you will not beat this guy.

I don't think I can.

To hell with Sir Sweet.

That's pretty much where I left the game myself.

The ending is hardly worth it anyways. They pretty much give you the finger during the credits by showing the sprites without the horrible blur-o-vision filter.
"Sooo, what was it that you consider a 'good salary' for a man to make?"
"They should at least make 100K to have a good life"

Necrothreading since It's the only thread with Prinny in the title, and I see no one discussed the stolen panties sequel. So what's the consensus around these parts... Better Prinny or Prinny 2?

Prinny 1 is a classic, tough as nails. DLC is phenomenal, and the story is funny as hell(as is the VA).

Prinny 2 is trash in comparison. The localization isn't as good, the dub is phoned in, bosses aren't as clever, etc.

Prinny 2 has one saving grace: Asagi Mode is PHENOMENAL, right down to the dub and everything.

I see. What's the name of the DLC, can I still get it?

Marona's Phantom Brave DLC(forget the title) and Li'l Asagi Comes Home.

I would think it'd be included with the Switch version though...
