I thought the same myself!! No pictures of my own but incredible to see the preservation of so many great games.MidnightWolf wrote:Some really nice collections people have here!
I went all-digital around 2015, so have no photos of my own to upload, but it's really cool to see so many Sega Saturn games surviving. Thanks for sharing.

It's 60Hz (sorry form the late(!) reply).Obiwanshinobi wrote: ↑Sun Sep 13, 2020 4:56 pm Is the PAL Bit.Trip Wii Collection 60 Hz? Most PAL Wii games are, but not quite all of them. So looks like my sort of stuff, and I didn't even know about it when collecting Wii games like crazy! Which is Wii library of games in a nutshell - its most prized games are typically known by very few. I think Metroid: The Other M is the best known* one that I, personally, felt I'd gotten my money's worth from. Also, the wheel peripheral I got bundled with my console and Mario Kart Wii I did NOT sell away when selling the game as it feels good playing Kororinpa 1&2 with it.

Have also fixed the links to my collection pics and have included some updates.
Picture of my collection at this point in time:
Have included the few arena/twin stick shooters I have but no run n gun or on-rails here.
I have a few PS2 compilations such as the Taito and Capcom collections but I have excluded those too.
MUSHA is a repro. PAL games run at 60Hz OK

PAL games here run at 60Hz OK

All my PAL PS2 shmups are 60Hz with TATE option (where applicable) and high score saving.

Have included the Bit.Trip Collection as one of the games is an interesting take on the shmup genre called Bit.Trip Fate that is worth a look

@Lord British Love the clean and organized retro shmup room you got there buddy. Mine's a mess in comparison. Looks like the kind of place I can get lost in after a long day. Enjoy it my friend.
@Davy Love the collection. Love me some 16-bit shmups myself. Just throwing it out there for you. If you ever want a legit copy of Musha, grab yourself the Japanese copy. I got mine CIB for $200 a couple years ago. Compared to the North American copy, I thought it was a steal. And I actually like the Japanese box art way more than the American anyway.

Pretty solid collection there Davy. I got rid of all disk/cart media a long time ago, but it's nice to look at the box art occasionally.
Konami's art dept were on point.

Cheers all.
Appreciate the MUSHA info but hard to justify to myself even at that price.
Omitted my copy of N64 Bangai O which is boxed and complete. Plays great.....traded a few games to pay for it!!
Got RType Delta,Toaplan vol. 1, Gradius Origins + Raiden Fighters Remix for Switch and Darius II for Saturn since that picture was taken.
Dreamcast games missing in the pics!
Gigawing, Gigawing2, Gunbird 2, Sturmwind.
Have 2 CRTs (1 perma rotated) to play the older ones on. Joysticks for all consoles except for SNES.
Wish list:-
Battle Garegga for Saturn
Ketsui Deathtiny (need a PS4 though!!!!)
And M2......give us DoDonPachi now!!!!!!

If anyone could point me in the direction of BNIB Konami MSX stuff, I'd really appreciate it.
