I'm a tester so I had a bit of a head start. Most times spread is the way to go, once in a while you'd want to grab homing or laser for specific areas/bosses. Homing is pretty much useless from stage 4 onwards though. For a basic survival run, the main strategy is to stockpile bombs and just unload it on the bosses because they get a little crazy if they last for more than 10 seconds.

For now I'm just gonna leave that as an ALL until Expert is figured out.

How can i see the version on Steam?

When you start Devil Engine up and the game shows you the autosave warning, the current version appears in the bottom right.
