Hi !

I dont know the actual price (i think it will be around 1000 us dollar).

Its one of the best shooters out there.

Better than ketsui ?

Both games are brilliant games.
If you are a score player the follwoing infos will be important for you:

Ketsui: Nonstop action, you have to fly into point blank position towards the enemy.

Espgaluda 2: very tactical scoresystem. You have to plan your flight route very carefully.

If you have the money:
Buy both games you wont regret it.

Jeez I am so close. I got 429 mil w/o a clear. I believe my last clear bonus was 80 mil, so that would've put me over 500 -- my goal.

Going off of memory, the end of each stage looked like:

1: ~40 mil
2: ~85 mil
3: ~145 mil
4: ~235 mil
5: ~320 mil
6: ~420 mil
end bonus: 88 mil.

My best scores if I didn't screw up would probably be:
44 mil, 95 mil, 160 mil, 260 mil, 350 mil, 470 mil + end bonus.

I have put the PCB back in it's box for now though. I'm pretty happy w/ that score.

did the bosses give you more points when you kill them in kakusei2 mode?
see on a replay a player get 20 mil from the second boss.
if that is so the 100 mil are near.

Yes, the bosses give a lot of points in the new kakusei mode, assuming there's a lot of bullets on the screen.

Finally got my kit yesterday!

I'm gonna play for a couple of days then post some scores... We'll see where I end up

Played for an hour or so yesterday, lovely game, but I have to get used to the "new" system... My best score so far is around 40 mil... But I feel I can do a lot better if I just don't screw up and boost my score in the first two stages...

Oki doki my friends, after playing for nearly 10 minutes per day the latest couple of days and about an hour while drunk during saturday night, I finally made some improvement

... I HAVE to start playing this game A LOT more!

I know that I can push my score to up over 90 mil, if I don't die all the time at the most stupid and/or critical places... If I manage to get a perfect run up to the end of stage 4, I should be able to push the score up to about 90 mil... We'll se in the next couple of days - if I get the time

Played a couple of runs this evening, here is my latest score:

RFL - 117,311,485 - Ageha - Stage 5

Screwed up a little on the 3rd stage, and on the fifth stage... and my last 2 lives were lost during the battle with the 5th boss... I screwed up on the 5th boss, during practice runs I'm able to kill the 5th boss with only 1 life lost, most of the times

If I don't screw up on stage 3 and practice stage 5 a little + score big on the 5th boss last attack, I should be able to push my score to over 160 mil... We'll see...
