To unlock the Xenōsis, go to the character select screen, then press Up once, Down twice, Left three times, Right four times, and Select five times. The Xenōsis should appear when you press Right while highlighting the Mitia. You have to use this code every time you want to use it, even if you just ended a game and start another.
