Rad game, and perfect for a tournament format... just no time for it, unfortunately.

Gah botched a 3.6m run by failing to kill one of those fast ships that come from the back on the last stage

Ultra HD vid

I was actually ahead on score going into the last stage, I messed up the end more than I thought. At least I got in my final boss recovery strats. Also I seem to be using the Gerwalk a lot more than most others? (I picked up the wrong thing a couple times, usually I only use Fighter for the back part of stage 2 and the bosses.) I might have to come back to this at some point and see if I can make the most of what I've practiced. Those WR scores really are insane though, no idea what we could be missing there.

Yeah, it seems the majority of people prefer fighter to gerwalk during most of the game. I personally find gerwalk to be better in most situations baring a few instances where fighter felt superior. With proper positioning gerwalk is really efficient at speedkilling waves with minimal movement, and I never tested it in depth, but it always felt like it was the better mode for pointblanking bosses.
