Compliments to Icarus' for all the strategies applied and locations of all the Micluses. One miss for this run. I somehow missed one Fairy location on the third stage, as it requires a ship where it can destroy it at the same time. (Like the Raiden Mk. II, perhaps) Had a bit of a blunder on the TLB as the safespot on it's wave-spread attack clearly didn't work. (almost all the time)

Any strategies on how you get beyond 100 million?

Oh my goodness, ShmupMAME refused to cooperate with me when I play without autofire, so I had to stick with auto on.

Also, 100 million?!? :D PEOPLE POWER!! :D

Made a few mistakes in the game, with the stage 2 boss timeout, and missed a few quickshots and 'destroyed at a time' bonuses but managed to graze some bullets off the enemies.

After seeing Icarus video, there still seems to be a few more points of interest worth scoring.

Stage 1 (Airfield)
a) small light tank appearing to the right before another pair, firing one bullet which is enough for you to graze.
b) carefully grazing on the stage 1 boss' volley of bullet attacks during it's 2nd phase.
Score: ~ 2.8 - 2.9 million

Stage 3
a) Let the enemies fire within a straight line.
b) The train boss' first attack on both phases fire in a straight line. Graze through it carefully.
Score: ~ 40 - 41 million
NOTE: IF you could destroy all four big turrets in the beginning of the stage, you get 'Destroyed at a time' bonus and a Fairy, which is almost impossible.

Stage 5 Boss (Flying Bird XB-3, High Empty Stage)
1st phase
a) After destroying the front turrets for 'destroyed at a time' bonus, carefully graze the 1st attack tapdodging.
b) On it's 3rd attack, it will fire a straight bullet stream, graze on it carefully.
2nd phase
a) The boss will fire it's slow spiral bullet attack. Again, carefully graze.

Welp, that's about it.

It's not really a Raiden game at all.

The Slaves make the game easier than usual, and a lot of the game's difficulty kicks in when you start scoring.

Hrmmmm. I was told most/all the European versions were slightly different from the US version. For now, I just put your score in the US board and marked it.
