Yes! The first-loop 1CC! I really owe this to smraedis. Watching him play on my PCB instantly improved my ability.

spadgy - 10,043,980 - 2-2 - 49 - Type C

(PCB score).

AGK-11,320,080-2-2-Max Hit:83-Type A

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
first time I complete the first loop ever after hundreds of tries!!!!
reached stage 5 with 3 spare lives and loop 2 with 1 spare life.
Complete impro on loop 2 lol but very very happy to clear the 1st loop.

I usually have a 100+ chain in stage 5 when practicing but pressure got me there.
Took me so many tries, while in practice every stage individually I was doing great,I had always trouble to survive a complete run.

Today mission accomplished,I'm so happy :D

Thx to ZLK and SSK replays,I took the best of both :P

Nope, that's Korean. Notice the abundance of circles and ovals in the characters; neither Chinese nor Japanese nor Thai (iirc) have that.

Ransom - 7,573,440 - 1-5 - Max Hit: 59 - Type C

My hatred for stage 4 grows with each passing day. Game Over with the 1up on screen, FFS.

WHY DON'T YOU TRY HARD DERP

Ransom - 5,834,890 - 1-4 - Max Hit: 64 - Type C

Yup - Second loop suicide bullets are a lot like those in the second loop in Batsugun and I have a bit of practice with that game. I also worked on keeping the rank low for the clear, so I'm sure the second loop would have been worse if I was just playing for score.

Kiken - 9,422,830 - 2-1 - 49 - Type B

JP PS1

Soooooo many Type A & C scores... I must represent Team Space Chopper. Started playing this recently and managed to get through the first loop and about a week (loop 2 is going to take considerably more practice...), also I'm still finding bee locations in stages 4 and 5.

Something else to note, I was originally playing this on a PS2 but the game felt way too fast. So I tried it on a PS1 and it turns out that much of the game behaves oddly when played on a PS2 (certain enemy formations are faster.. bullet speeds and trajectories are slightly off.. the whole things seems like it's overclocked to a degree making things much more difficult).

Sorry for the delay in updating this everyone, I've been out quite a bit the last month and a half or so. Everything should be up to date let now, let me know if I've missed anyone's score.

I really wanted that 20 million. Getting obliterated by 2-4 every single credit is starting to get to me. Mediocre first loop (11-11,5M). My best is 12,7M.

I assume continuing is not allowed?

I just noticed that the high score claimed by AOF was obtained using more than one credit, according to his screen shot in this post:

http://shmups.system11.org/viewtopic.ph ... 99#p381999

The only reason I noticed is because his high score is directly above mine.

Are you sure? It ends in 0... I can't check how DP tracks the highest score per playing session right now, but it might be that he gameovered upon getting that score and decided to continue, in which case it's still a valid score (it was attained on a single credit from the beginning of the game; what happened afterwards is irrelevant).

just tried it,I confirm Donpachi keeps only the highest score.(i.e score resets when continuing)

Nice job on nailing 20 million, Javel! Are you going to go for 2-ALL now?
