I am operating this without proof of legal consent by Atlus Co.,Ltd, causing the game rank to **** up by stage 4, prosecutingt me to the full extent of the jam. I thought this only applied to DDP, because DP's opening says nothing about consent. It just says don't operate it outside the USA. Speaking of which...

you can aura some of the small enemies that fly in from behind + those large gliders
There might or might not be an easy way to deal with other large enemies. zlk has some vids up on google video, but for some reason they don't show up when I search for them.

Up one place:
RGC - 6,319,590 - 1-5 - max hit: 56 - Type C
I cannot believe I got done up the back end AGAIN. Had a full bomb stock too! Where the hell are you supposed to sit to avoid those big anal-raping bastard ships?
EDIT: Had one more go today:
RGC - 6,665,380 - 1-5 - max hit: 57 - Type C
I have asked this before, but received no answer: I have changed the PSX difficulty setting to Normal, but default is Easy. Which one should I be playing (in other words, which one is closest to the PCB default difficulty?). I don't want to make things harder than they already are.

Which butt pirates are these? The 3 consecutive mech-like things at the beginning of the stage, or the small spin-in-a-circle planes at the end?RGC wrote:I cannot believe I got done up the back end AGAIN. I'm guessing the normal setting, but I haven't played the PCB. I play the Saturn port on normal.RGC wrote:I have asked this before, but received no answer: I have changed the PSX difficulty setting to Normal, but default is Easy. I'm guessing he's referring to the bee planes that sneak attack you with Stinger Action
Trigger their stingers then get out of the way while they deploy.
Or just bomb them lol who cares
It's possible to kill them w/o stinger activation by lasering their wingtip, but if you don't do it fast enough they'll jerk to the right and stinger your ass

No problem, I'd have personal issues with playing it on Easy anyway. Bit strange that Easy is the default setting though. Is it the same with the Saturn release?stuminator wrote: I'm guessing the normal setting, but I haven't played the PCB. I play the Saturn port on normal.
Thankfully, I evaded the ass-humping bee planes on my latter run.

Yeah, the default setting on the Saturn version is easy.RGC wrote:No problem, I'd have personal issues with playing it on Easy anyway. Bit strange that Easy is the default setting though. Nice. ST4 onwards is where you start to need the stamina. Damn, those final levels seem to run on forever. This is surely compounded by the fact the music "runs out" half way through the stage, at least on the PSX version.shoe-sama wrote:i almost no bombed the level portion of stage 4 a few days ago =(
EDIT: About to boot up the Mame version to see if it's different enough to warrant picking up the PCB...

man i had 5 bombs left wtf
~halfway through stage
also apparently that stage 2 chain before midboss is actually worth 500k and not 1M for some reason
lol I thought it would be double if I added the other large enemy but guess not
