Two mistakes:
Forgot to enter score initials until it was too late.
Accidentally killed Glow Squid too early. Wanted a pure F,5.

Otherwise ridiculous in terms of survival. No accidental deaths whatsoever.
Suicided four lives on BH2 for bombs and killed him right before timeout. Even managed to survive a clusterfucked pattern with big twinspread, grenades and needle shots by clutch dodging. Wish this was recorded.
Cleared with two lives to spare.
