T-98 Next is pretty laggy for some reason. I'd suggest Anex because it runs the game at full speed more easily. I'm not sure what is with Next, but the thing that's an issue with this one is that it seems to require way more resources to get full speed.

Don't remember the issue with Anex, think it may have had to do with music/sound or maybe it was something else.

If you can run it at full speed, Next is the absolute best emulator for the system. Otherwise Anex has to be the choice.

There shouldn't be slowdown though. the only time it is intended in the series is with Eirin's Hourai Elixir card during IN.
