Sooo, here's a rather poor kick starter.

309,048,570 - B Ship - Bomb Type - combat - Stage 5 boss

I included that prologue with Hibachi as a stage, not sure if this is how you want it (it's like a training section or something.)

I want to play this game, I tried finding the good rom for the game but I ended playing not seeing my ship nor the enemie's bullets. We still can't play it on MAME ?

All I did was milking the bosses in stages 5 and 6. I can see how you could score up to 3 billion like this but I have no idea where all the score after that comes from.

I tried recording input this time but apparently it does not work with the game.

Edit: I guess it should be ALL EX, since apparently you can clear the game without getting to the TLB stage.

Thanks. Not that I know of, all replays I've seen only get that one extend. I can't check my exact playtime now but it's probably around 10 hours or less. I only practiced the crucial bits (the later bosses) and played the rest of the game really lazily.

E: And it doesn't seem this thing even records the playtime, it's still at 0:00.

Just got the game a few days ago, so I've only had played a few credits.

I'm Playing Internet Ranking mode since I love how fast things turn into a bullet shit storm, Combat just takes too long to get going.

i cant get this running on mame (always runs on 4% speed)
tried using mame plus 145u5 to u7 doesnt work...
should i be using a different rom (like unencrypted)?? or what am i doing wrong??

Finally put my cab back in vert and got to fire this up. I had low expectations going in, but this game is actually pretty badass!

Dunpeal2064 - 63,288,010 - Stage 3 - Type A - Bomb - I.R.

Combat does seem a little easy, but IR has some pretty tough stuff! That stage 3 boss is noticably more difficult.

Apparently there's 3 bombs you can nab all at once in Stage 5 (at this large structure). I think I destroyed the middle one last, because 3 bomb items appeared on the ground all beside each other. First time I'd done this in DDP2.

Also, how is there a high score ending in an 8 on the board? The game doesn't reset your score when you continue, and it adds 1 to the ones digit in the score when you continue...

Best I've done so far was 255,737,590, Green Ship, Bomb, Combat, death was in middle of stage 6 I think. I've got a higher score of 271 mil, but I'd died when the boss was flashing red, so I continued to see how much health he had left out of curiosity. I was so furious when he died the moment I shot at him - I'd fucked up a stage 6 clear right before the boss was dead, and it saved the continued (invalid) score to the table. Bleh. ._.
