Turn off autofire

This week should have been played with auto-off. It makes the game too easy to have 30 hz auto fire.

I would say the ship movement is shit but its not even THAT good.

Ok, so I discovered that I like this game better than the game I voted for...

Now if only I could get a (semi-) decent score...

can someone explain to me why autofire is even used if it isnt supported by the actual arcade cab?

and if you hold down the button, it automatically fires
isnt it unfair that your weapon throughout the game does more than double the damage of mine?

i remember the argument that only games playable in mame were allowed in the tournament, but not everyone can use wolfmame or mameplus

are there any other mac users who are kind of peeved?

none that work on mame as far as i can tell
both 'ultimate usb' and 'gamepad companion' will allow you to remap a gamepad button to a keyboard key, but mame does not pick up on this, possibly due to however it polls the keyboard for input (intel mac btw)

If you're on an IntelMac you might be able to use some kind of Windows-to-Mac setup to enable Joy2Key.
Or dualboot into Windows and run WolfMAME from there.
