It's easy, you just press F2 when this dumb bitch appears

It's right there on the bottom in broken english! I'll make it more clear for the likes of you! Use the 1st player "stick" directions to select something and use the 1st player's first button to confirm!

Image

Okay, since you're obviously having trouble with this I'll do it for you.
Image

It's not hard, you see?

You're kidding.
Image

Yes.

Yes.

i don't want anything to explode like the hot dogs i put in my microwave

JUST PRESS THE FUCKING BUTTON

Then, you select this and press the button again!

The port also has faster autofire than 5 but let's see if they listen.

I don't think you can make inps in WolfMAME with these extend settings.

yes you can

Well in wolf99 you can, not sure about others.

You just press f2 and do the whole switch thing every time you record inp

Um, I've only read 2 people in this thread that have the port (are they actually playing it with no option to play mame?) and now suddenly the remaining 142 registered players have to switch from default arcade settings to something easier!?

So have we come to a conclusion as to what settings the arcade/mame players are using? Are we changing the extends and autofire to console settings or not?

Edge said he will look into this in a couple hours when he gets back from work. I don't see why people can't just use the defaults for now, and post what platform their scores were obtained in. We don't know how many people this might shut out, and it shouldn't be something that halts the competition (despite shoe-sama's sly remarks every 5 minutes about how he doesn't like this week's choice).

So....is anyone else getting this:

...and having it reboot endlessly? I've got the proper files and bios, but I can't get past this. Forgive me if this isn't an appropriate place to ask about this, but what should I do?

I know.

I have both. Like I said in the other thread. After I get home from work, I'm gonna take a look and take care of all this. Twiddle & Shoe, it's the first day. Chillax, smoke a bowl, practice, whatever. We know the crisis. It shouldn't stop you from practice.

goddamn...

p.s., Twiddle, your guide is awesome :D

Yep, for some reason, it works in 0.111 but not 0.116. Weird. Thanks!

Well I am play my Saturn version of the game right now. I am currently with out mame  -- I just got linux running on the PS3 and it was long day and night yuesterday to get that going and then I cannot get an exe file for sdl mame or the other mame that is supposed to run on linux? It was a blessing that this game is choose and that my teammates agree to that game too.

My computer is Pentium IV 1.3gig from January 2001 with 64k ram - oh do i mention that it crashes every 30 minutes and I have to reinstall windows ME  every other week or so.

surely, with 64k Ram, it's a miracle it even boots.... you should try to change to a Commodore 64 :)

Seriously now, get rid of Windows ME. Use either 98, 2000 or XP, ME is just too problematic to be any worthy.

I'm going with the PSX version for now. I can use MAME, but I rather not use if I don't have to.
