"Import" is the total voter importance score.
The final subscore is given by:
2*(Sc Votes/TotalScaledVoters) + (Importance/HighestImportance)
where HighestImportance is the importance score of whichever game got the most importance points. Yes, this year (as well as last year), that game was Dodonpachi. Don't blame me; I didn't vote for it.
Anyway, this subscore is then multiplied by 10/3 for no other reason than to have the final score be somewhere between 0 and 10.
So, Dodonpachi's score would be calculated like this:
(2*(41.2144/81.8368) + (2.269528/2.269528)) * (10/3) =
