Hyper Echelon (Switch, PC) - any good?

Just on the Switch eshop (grabbing Arcade Archives: Trio the Punch, woo) and I noticed this game that released on the NA shop last week: https://www.nintendo.com/store/products ... on-switch/

So, anybody played Hyper Echelon? Seems it was released on Steam late last year to pretty good reviews. One of the devs posted something here seeking Steam reviews, but no public replies.

It looks... kinda cool! Nice sprite work, looks like they've given some thought into using a computer or player controlled "wingman". Maybe a little bit of a Euroshmup vibe, definitely doesn't look bullet hell in the stages, but the bosses on the trailer looked like they might be interesting. I'm tempted to pick it up, but wouldn't mind any input!
