Ultimate Stage?

Do ya'll remember a shmup called "Ultimate Stage", with boring black background all the way through, and repetitive enemies, but awesome core gameplay loop? Google doesn't, so I can't even find a picture of said game, let alone a download link. Wanted to give the game a spin, for old times sake - do you know where I can download it? This was back in mid 00, mind you.
