They all are? What kind of a question is this?
Of course, that's just an opinion.

The Shikigami games feel more Touhou-like than Cave I have to say.

I've played a bit of 1 and 2 and the fact that you get more points by getting up close ,using the short range weapons and scraping those bullets is fun. But it doesn't feel Cave-ish to me.

You don't have to play them way but the series seems to be at least partially inspired by that type of game.

Despite the clown answer, no, they actually aren’t. None of the Shiki games feel or play similar to Cave shooters. The grazing, the bullet patterns, the individual power ups, none of them are easy Cave comparisons.

OP, 2 is the one that plays the best. It’s not Cave like but it’s a solid shooter with pretty fun scoring mechanics.

The topic title asks which is most bullet-hell style, but the topic post asks which is the most Cave-like style.

So which are you asking?

Bullet hell in the sense that it has a million bulltets on screen.
Cave-like in the sense that it has that chaotic/organic/cancel based maybe? level dynamic.

So i guess i'm giving number 2 a shot. From a couple of vids i've seen, 3 seems quite appealing as well.

3 is probably the most dense in terms of bullets if that's what you are asking.
