Where do I recognize this Mission Craft boss pattern from?

I was playing this really awful game a bit yesterday, and I just know I recognize one of the boss patterns from somewhere else.

I know this circular pattern, with individual homing shots is ripped from some other game, but I can't figure out which one it is. Anyone else know?

The final boss of Raiden Fighters 2 has a somewhat similar pattern with a higher bullet density.
Of course, that's just an opinion.
Always seeking netplay fans to play emulated arcade games with.
