It was composer wasi303 whom did the BGM tunes for Sanvein as well. Some of the Sanvein BGMs have that Psyvariar-ish vibe going on if you listen to the Yellowbook based music tracks with a PSX cheat device like Goldfinger or even Innovation's PSX-based Super Game Wizard setup.

Wasi303 (who is the real Tetsuro Sato, not Ore) is typically seen as the "face" of Psyvariar's sound, but there's 4 composers behind it, a lot of the most recognizable tracks are done by MR2151 for instance who never gets enough love, and some pretty recognizable though more generic tracks are done by Misako Tago. Ore worked only on the final boss themes in MU and R despite being a pretty dedicated hobbyist musician.
Sanvein was done by Wasi303 and Misako Tago, the former relied on a kooky pseudo-Prodigy style while the latter made tracks that were pretty similar to her Psyvariar tracks, albeit more funky.
I'm not sure what the hell is going on in the Sanvein soundtrack with its mix of classical/operatic, funk, rave and American shopping mall/elevator music, but I like it.
