You can add the Vasara collection for multiple formats. On Psvita and there's also the Atari Flashback classics with a good chunk of tateable arcades.

Star Soldier for the JP PSP (the single game one with updated graphics, not the 4 game compilation disc) is tate.

EDIT: I also just noticed that Zaxxon for Wii Virtual Console Arcade isn't on this list, it supports tate (to my knowledge, the only Wii VC title to do so) and supports 240p mode in tate! It actually even has a pretty good looking scanline filter option when in 480p too.

For PSP, you can add Capcom Classics Collection Reloaded, and Capcom Classics Collection Remixed. Both have tate games that require you to rotate the console into a vertical orientation to play, mostly shmups.
