Thanks, everyone! Hope you are all enjoying it, as the game was designed to target neophytes in the shmup world I am curious how veterans are going to approach it :)

Kollision, fourth stage, take the left hand path; I'll leave it at that :P

kane, no problem in taking a key, the more the merrier :D the gist of the game is that it is less based on memorization or reflexes, and more to picking the right choice of weapons for the right situations; it is pretty flexible, as you will soon see.

kane, thanks for your feedback! I'm adressing some bugs for players that could not unlock continues today, but I'll be checking on the issues you pointed very soon; aside from those problems, I hope your experience with the game has been a pleasant one. Any further feedback is greatly appreciated!

Hey kane, thanks for the heads-up! Indeed there were issues with this latest patch; instead of giving bonus score of what you scored during drive, it was giving your *entire score* again; needless to say, this broke scoring completely. Also, the weird sound was the end of stage multiplier reset feedback sound; that was set to loop by mistake. The audio distortions were a bit more difficult to fix, because it is a systemic issues of triggering so many sounds at once; but I do believe the corrections I did made it less annoying.

Any further fixes, hit me; my life at the present moment does not have anything more interesting then working obsessively on INX anyways :p

I refunded it because it runs at about 20FPS even with the resolution lowered. I don't know if the issue is with the game or my laptop, my laptop easily fits all the system requirements on the store page

What a shame, MaXXX! As it happens, I indeed had reports of slowdowns on some machines, and just rolled an update to fix those; this problems often happens with laptops with onboard video cards, and it is an issue of the engine I use, Game Maker. Anyways, here's hoping you can try the game again some other time!

Been watching Dent4FacE stream this today, looks pretty cool. I like that some of the stages and bosses have unique game mechanics beyond just the aesthetic (though the aesthetic is pretty great too).
