Trizeal pc page unknown download?

Over on the PC page of Trizeal, there is a 24 meg download called
"liftliftlift". It's kinda in the area of online ranking...........is this a demo of the pc version, or is this software you need for the ranking?

It also has a link to Glut for windows. I'm confused. Can anyone clarify what the download is (I'm on a slow connection so I don't want to bring it in if it's useless to me......)
