SWEET new jap-style shmuprock music from new western shmup

props to the peeps at the altpop forum for finding this.

a kick-ass soundtrack done by a metal band called "Machinae Supremacy" ( machinae, not machine). it's done in the old japanese shmup rock style, and it's superb. there is a link under the sample songs to download the whole album in a rar file. it's full of gems!

The game itself graphically seems to be in the typical western overdetailed-yet-underimaginatve style... but who knows, it could be good... (maybe)

but yes, the music is kick-arse, as is Machinae Supremacy's other stuff.

cool music, you may like other bands like Nightwish, or After Forever's older stuff, they lack the retro/game sounding bits but its similar in how the guitar is done. (compared to the jets'n'guns theme)

Alright, I'm very impressed by the music, I understand now.

In my opinion, a lot better than Night raid's soundtrack, even.

Edit: Unfortunately, It's very forgettable...
