Ah crap.....any clue as to how to get Gun Frontier working in ShmupMame v3.0b? i have a rom. but I can't get ShmupMame to add it to the directories, even though it's IN THE FREAKIN' ROM FOLDER! ...Is a certain bio required for Taito games? If I can't get it running-I'll be shit outta luck for this round!

Oh wow, I love this game but I'm a little afraid to play it seriously. Fingers definitely crossed for savestates on this one.

So is my score submission for week 1 acceptable? I do apologize, one more evening of playing and I would have had a higher score complete with replay but my free time sort of got away from me this week I'll be recording .inps of every single run this week for sure.

Yes, I'm waiving the replay requirement from week 1. I trust blackoak's score since he posted a replay for an earlier score that would have still been 1st, and I don't care too much about 2nd and 3rd place's replays. They're mostly just backups in case the 1st (and 2nd) place was a cheater.

If you click the little "Subscribe Topic" thing, you'll get emails whenever a reply is posted. Aside from that, just keep the dynamic scoreboard in a tab and refresh fairly often

First edit reccfg and set exe, game, and emulator.

rec
Play game and record input to timestamped inp file.

replaylast
Plays back last recorded inp. Assumes default input directory ./inp

videolast
Record last inp to avi movie in snapshot directory. 
Snapshot directory should be on a hard drive with at least 64GB free space.
Emulator must have avi write support.

Get a family (2 lively girls and a pregnant girlfriend) and you'll know what I mean. They went out for a walk today and I was like "fuck yes, Garegga time" and then they came back 15 minutes later. :/ Posting shit score result later.
