1. Saidaioujou OST is SO, SO, SO good. I just drove home in a rush hour traffic jam and didn't mind at all because I got some extra time to listen to it.

2. Daifukkatsu iPhone arrange. Yeah, I know a lot of people hate it. Fuck em.

Honorable mention to the Milestone games, always solid soundtracks. Even Chaos Field, for all its awfulness as a game, has some redeeming qualities in the fine soundtrack.

It makes me really glad to hear that this game still isn't forgotten! Hellfire used to be one of my favorite Toaplan shmups back in the day. The first two stages have amazing music!

Hard to only list five soundtracks but these are some of my favourites. I haven't really put much time into Ikaruga, but the OST is very memorable to me. Crimzon Clover is just the most intense and gripping soundtrack I've experienced in any shmup to date. And Manabu Namiki is just a living God of shmup music greatness.
