In the arcade version, if you induced enough slowdown throughout stage 4, the background music just stops until you reach the boss.

(I can't decide whether or not they should fix this...)

Just got their payment email about 3 hours ago. Make sure to put your order ID in the subject field when making your payment in paypal (where the "You've got money!" is by default). Hope they send a tracking # as well.
