If this is $1770 shipped at Arcade shock, it'll probably start out around $1500 at Fujita. Must mean they made a boatload of MMPs as well. I'll wait for it to drop to the $600-$800 level myself, I have too much to play as it is, I can wait awhile.

Extra goods are alternate instruction sheets, Ketsui pop, Muchi Flyers, Small pig as you can see on auction (but it's only for me and the other french guy who ordered from my friend)

so it's about 1792.00 USD (likely not including postage)

I've got one of those - but my one's nostril lights don't work. Still, it's very nice.

As for the kit, I'll give it a couple of years until it hits $800 - I just bought Espgaluda II, Pink Sweets and Mushi Futari, so I'm sorted for an age.

The game is out in Japanese arcades now. Some things players are saying:

-extends are at every 10mil, a la Ibara Black Label.
-There is a new 'slow speed' movement option. I'm not sure yet if this has to do with holding down shot or a speed change button like in Pink Sweets. This was NOT in the location test versions!
-Game has tough Yagawa-rank, you need to score & die, score & die over and over.
-Most people say the game feels more like Yagawa than Ikeda.
-Some have said the flow of the game feels similar to Galuda.

Doesn't sound like there are lifebars on the bosses, which I'm disappointed with (it's the main thing I dislike about Yagawa games).

More 2Ch talk on the game:

-There are 5 levels. No word on loops or TLBs yet.
-The difficulty has been reduced from the location test version. Some say it is possible to beat the game without dying while still scoring high. In other words, you don't really need to control rank.
-Ikeda's name is not in the credits.
