Just wanted to point out this new excellent game by Kei Mesuda, the same guy who did NomltestFS among other games. It is browser based and pretty simple, I couldn't find out how to use my bombs though  .

The patterns are set in this game and it has at least two levels (most probably more) each with a nice boss at the end. I *love* the graphics, the window is very small though and if it's not possible to make it bigger I don't like the idea of people who put their resolution down having an advantage.

My current highscore is 224'910. I think this game is still in testing phase so it might be that the bombs are not usable yet. I don't really like the upgrading system for especialy the lock on laser is very hard to use and not worth upgrading (IMO).

*edit*
and another *edit*

Sorry, the picture I posted does not seem to work, so here you go with some more info and some more info on the new version.

oh god I LOVE THIS! it's like CRS, except strangely intoxicating. the boss explosion thing is an absolutely brilliant way to play out the level music.

Yes it's really fun! I love how the first level boss demands you move without thinking when it goes into the radial shot patterns.

Press shift while the little cross above the ship is over another ship and hold shift down. You will keep shooting rays at the locked target no matter where the cross is after that.

I don't think bombs are implemented yet, I tried every button but I wouldn't bomb.

Yep. 5 if I remember right. Went through all of them on my first try. Not.

What's wrong with shields? I need them! Lock on laser still sucks. The game seems to be easier now. Didn't try to use bombs yet...

I like this. Is there a way to get all the items by going in the middle of them? It just says item break when I do it. Also, there's a bonus for "limit break" on the boss. How do you get that?

I has no idea

Side shot stops firing during lock ons btw

Also why does this game remind me of VP1? =X

I figured out what limit break is.

You have to do enough damage to kill the bosses with high level (3-4) lock on laser (get maximum number of lock ons before moving to the bottom). A warning sign appears after doing enough damage, causing the boss to fight more aggressively.

You get something pathetic like 20k for it.

That last boss from your replay looks pretty nasty lol. Good job on the 1cc, even though this game is kinda easy and stuff

btw, the lock on laser can penetrate obstacles, which is useful in certain portions of stage 6 and possibly stage 2 another mode (I need to unlock this rofl).

Huh?? How come your lock shot keeps firing when you don't have the target on the enemy?

The crosshairs are only for getting lock ons (up to 8). Lasers will keep firing at anything that's been locked.

Hmm, if I use the keyboard it keeps firing, but not with my controller. Kind of annoying. Maybe I'll have to try another key mapping program.

Are you holding the button down?

Yeah, I was holding the button down. I found the problem, whenever I pressed a direction the program would let go of the button, so unless I didn't move my lock shot was completely useless. Got a different program that works properly.

Anyway, no one else is bothering with this much I see, but I have a request. See if you can get 100% on stage 2. I keep getting 99.5% and I don't see any enemies that I'm missing. I'm getting confused.
