Please post scores in the new high score thread!

Default everything, DFK v1.5 only.

NAME - SCORE - STAGE/LOOP - SHIPTYPE/STYLE

Attention: I have no desire to continue upholding this thread, as I don't have the game and never played the game, and that's not fair. I was silly for starting the thread to begin with. Those of you who read this and wish to maintain this thread, just make a new one and shoot a mod a PM stating that this is so. Thank you.

You must have 1,000,000,000 to enter the tables.

i 'd suggest to split power style and bomb style in 2 different charts.
Since you play each mode/style in a different way.

Yes, but you play Shot and Laser a different way as well. Or at least, I do. However, I hear that Power is harder to play, but is that the game itself or just the type?

I think the substantial difference also lies in the fact that the styles have very different hyper gauge refill speeds, which, in its turn, makes Power style far better for scoring. And obviously, the difference is pronounced both gameplay-wise, and scoring-wise, so I, too, don't think it makes sense to lump them together.

Sure, but as far as I know, the game doesn't split Power and Bomb up. If you really want, I'll probably split them up here when the game gets more than... 2 players.

Yes it does, there are separate score rankings for each in the game. Arcadia also keeps the scores separate.

I think sven already explained it well. Thought it only split up ships. Do I really have to add 11 score boards now?

Well, whenever you prefer, I guess. It will have to be done some day, anyway.

Call me an idiot, but 6 of those scoreboards are for the ura loop, right?

The game only has 6 scoreboards as far as I can tell. Ura loop scores and tsuujou loop scores are differentiated by a glowing stage reached.

Anyway, I will post a new score.

MrMonkeyMan - 93,033,712,466 - 2-3 tsuujou - B-P

Milking? No, I just managed to chain the first 4 stages.

I made a video of the 4th stage from the run if you want.

really? mine has 12?

ship type x play type x todays/alltime
or
3 x 2 x2 = 12 and 10 places each.

very nice score there MMM, id post my score but im not playing this at the moment, its only a paltry 5 bil or so anyways.

Your error is counting the "today's ranking" as a separate set of scoreboards.
For the purposes of online high score boards, only the 6 all-time scoreboards matter for this game.

with milking i actually meant the massive bullet cancelling (which skyrockets the chain/score) and that's what i expected to see in the video.
Very nice stage 4 chaining without breaking it even at the boss.

Is it possible to get into the laser enemies for the counter boost without using a hyper?

Either way, I suppose it's possible to get inside all of those enemies?

yeah but you still have to scroll thru em.. finding your highscore for a picture is a chore in this game.. :?
6 scoreboards is 4 too many anyways for this game.

The competition is getting fierce, but this score should help me hold top spot for a little longer!

That's not a crappy score at all. Are you sure you typed that correctly, and it isn't 3.5bil instead? Getting 35bil with C-Strong without entering the 2nd loop takes some work. I take it you've been playing this awhile?

Ah, good call. Boy is my face red. Yeah, I've got a digit extra somewhere, but I won't try and work out where I messed the score up. I've brought the board now so I'll get something pathetic, but solid, in a week or so.

I've only cleared it a few times, put a couple of credits in each day this last week. I still stumble through the stage 5's sections designed for psychics, definately not going to have anything worthy of praise.

What difficulty settings do you guys have your boards on? Default level 2?

I noticed in mrmonkeyman's videos that stage 1 has way more bullets than I am seeing.
