I actually did this because I wanted to address the fairly large amount of slowdown on console. I needed to get rid of 2 of the options (to lower the amount of player bullets), but keeping the weapons the same would've felt underwhelming. So I decided to add a melee thing. I settled on a lance because the name and because I really like the lance laser thing in Omega Fighter, to which this is fairly similar.

A raspberry pi w/ JAMMA adapter. It's just in an emulator, so not super amazing or anything, pretty low effort thing. :P

No idea, it's not my setup. I don't really want to take a video because the emulator version running on it is quite old and has some unsightly graphical bugs that look like my own bad programming. Will probably share curated pictures when we're playing it though.
